Blog Post #3: The Qualities of a Good Leader

I believe that intelligence should be the primary qualification for leadership, because having intelligence gives you the ability to think before you make a decision. Without having intelligence, someone could make the wrong decision and create a downfall for everyone around them. Another quality that is important for a leader to have is bravery, because it gives them the courage to take risks. Improvisation is also another important quality for a leader to possess, because it allows them to be able to solve problems quickly. We chose the leader for my group in the Animal Farm Society Challenge by narrowing down our members using different qualities. Bravery and improvisation played a part in our selection process of our group leader.
